IP Telephony Engineer
Responsible for the design and technical accuracy for converged voice and data solutions with a focus on Cisco IP Telephony. The position will produce integrated solutions designs, support documentation and accurate pricing quotations to support all sales/business units.
Software Engineer
Responsible for delivering the functionality for internal software applications as well as custom development for clients consistent with approved software designs and best practices. Involvement in full development lifecycle.
Network Engineer
Responsible for the design, implementation and support of IP LAN/WAN networks, servers and services. The position will produce solution designs, support documentation and accurate pricing quotations to support all sales business units.
Systems Engineer
Responsible for the design, implementation and support servers and system services. The position may required that the candidate produce solution designs, support documentation and accurate pricing quotations to support sales business units.
Project Manager
The Project Manager’s primary function is to coordinate the efforts of the group so that the required work is completed on time an in high quality. Project Manager must place a premium on communication and organizational skills. Must keep in close contact with the team members to ensure that they are on track and on task.
Help Desk Engineer
The Help Desk Representative provides an initial point of contact for customers and field personnel for issues regarding hardware, software, operating systems, and proprietary applications and hardware.
