    Radianta Announces Multichannel Express

    IRVINE, Calif., May 20, 2007 – Radianta, Inc., an end-to-end application development and integration company, today announced the availability of Multichannel Express. The application, which leverages the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express platform, enables contact centers to expand their communication with customers beyond voice to include email, fax, chat, and even video.
