The Project Manager’s primary function is to coordinate the efforts of the group so that the required work is completed on time an in high quality. Project Manager must place a premium on communication and organizational skills. Must keep in close contact with the team members to ensure that they are on track and on task.
The Project Manager’s role is also to act as the chief problem solver. Team members will forward problems to the Project Manager so that he/ she can brainstorm and implement solutions. Project Manager will be asked periodically to update the client and management at to the group’s progress toward reaching its goals.
In this role understanding our customer’s processes and design an implementation solutions that incorporates the necessary change management tools and activities to optimize our customer’s experience with Metronome, Inc.
Defining and documenting expectations for the service level delivery and technology capabilities for our customers. Gain all team members and clients to commit to the Statement of work. Our goal at Metronome, Inc. is to delight our customers with professionalism and accuracy.
Excellent verbal communication skills are required. Ability to interact with customers, quickly assess needs, determine the appropriate course of action to address customer issues and successfully bring them to closure in a timely manner.
Excellent written communication skills in both general communications and in the development of processes, procedures and flowcharts.
Position requires him / her to work with PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project.
Able to have a “Can Do” attitude.
